Southgate Names 33 Players for Provisional Team
England manager Gareth Southgate has named a 33-man provisional squad for the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 tournament. The squad includes several key players from the team that reached the semi-finals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, such as captain Harry Kane, goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, and defender John Stones.
The provisional squad will be trimmed down to a final 26-man squad before the start of the tournament, which will be held in Germany from June 14 to July 14. England has been drawn into Group D alongside Croatia, the Czech Republic, and Scotland.
